    I haven't tried it, but I am personally a fan of Xamarin, Once everything is set up its easy to use. Thanks for sharing this link.

    Yes Xamarin is great too. The final decision on how to implement an app depends of many factors... budget, time, complexity, design (Material design, etc...) but any way Xamarin works well at the initial App development stages as well as prototype development.
