    Can we put CRM Usesr Guide on Dashbaord or?

    Hi,

    I wanted CRM Users to be able to read and follow Instructions by reading Manual available(uploaded) in CRM.
    What is the best way of doing it or putting the manual so that user has access to it all the time?

    here are several different options available for this:
    1.) Use a 3rd party tool like walkme to create run through scenarios for every aspect of the system
    2.) create a HTML web resource with all the user guide content and embed this web resource on a dashboard or entity form
    3.) Use the new personalized help menu option available in CRM 2015

    Post the manual online (maybe your company SharePoint) and then make an iFrame on the default Dashboard that points to the link to the manual. That will give them access from the Dashboard.
    Also, in CRM 2015, you can make custom Help for entities, so if you have entity-specific guidance, make an HTML web resource with your instructions, go to the Entity in Customization, and link the new, custom help you made about that entity. If anyone clicks the "Help" button while on that entity, they'll get your custom instructions
